Cash payments: 

- Medication management initial evaluation 60 minutes - $350 

- Medication management follow up 30 minutes - $175 

- Ketamine IV infusion treatment (6-8 sessions) - $400 per session

- TMS treatment (36 sessions per treatment) - $250 per session

TMS Treatment:

TMS is covered by most insurances. If TMS is covered by your insurance, you will only be responsible for the out of pocket costs, such as co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles.

Ketamine Treatment:

Spravato (Inhaled Ketamine), is the only form of ketamine currently covered by most insurances. If Spravato is covered by your insurance, you will only be responsible for the out of pocket costs, such as co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles. 

Each IV (intravenous) Ketamine treatment begins at $400 per session, with the initial treatment being (on average) 6-8 sessions.

Each IM (intramuscular) Ketamine treatment begins at $300 per treatment, with the initial treatment being (on average) 6-8 sessions.
